Important: PRP is not suitable for under 18 years, patients in pregnancy or patients who are HIV positive. Please be aware if you are on anti-coagulation medication or have a coagulation disorder you may experience greater than average bleeding after treatment, however this will be managed carefully by your IGP clinician.

It is recommended to have a minimum of 3 treatments, usually spaced four to six weeks apart.
You will see the best results approximately 6 weeks after the 3rd treatment.
Typically the results will last 12 to 18 months. A 12 month top up is recommended to maintain results.
Right after your treatment, it's crucial to follow certain guidelines to ensure the best outcome. Refrain from engaging in strenuous exercise, visiting spas, saunas, or taking hot showers within the first 24 hours. During the subsequent 48 hours, try to sleep on your back if possible and abstain from consuming alcohol. Unless advised otherwise by a doctor, avoid taking any medication immediately after the treatment.
For at least 5 days following the procedure, be careful not to rub or massage the treated area. Additionally, for the next 2 weeks, steer clear of facials, waxing, chemical peels, IPL, or laser treatments.
When it comes to keeping your skin moisturized, it is recommended to use a gentle cream or gel to soothe and calm the skin for the next 7 days. Also, avoid using oil-based makeup and active cosmeceutical products like AHAs, retinoids, and vitamin C for the first 24 hours after the treatment.
