How does it work?

Simply Book your appointment online or by contacting us directly. At the time of booking, you will be emailed a pre-appointment questionnaire, which you can complete online. You will then visit an iGP clinic for your blood test (and physical examination if appropriate).

Randox Report

Following your appointment you will receive an electronic report clearly detailing your test results, how they compare to a healthy range, the implications and recommended next steps. Test result reports are shared via our secure patient portal, usually within 72 hours (results can take longer depending on the test you requested). The comprehensive report uses a traffic light system for ease of understanding and is available to download, print or share with other medical experts as required.

Whether you're experiencing the symptoms of cardiovascular disease or you're worried that you're genetically predisposed to heart problems, a heart health blood test can put your mind at ease.

A quick, relatively painless procedure can tell you whether or not you?re experiencing or likely to develop a cardiovascular condition. We will send your sample to our laboratory for an express analysis before giving you the results ? usually within a few days.

When we perform a cardiovascular function blood test, we?re looking for a number of markers that might suggest a problem. If your marker levels are abnormal, we may suggest further tests or a thorough investigation. The markers we test for include:

  • Total cholesterol

  • LDL cholesterol levels

  • HDL cholesterol

  • Triglycerides

  • High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP)

  • One of our experienced doctors or phlebotomists will assess your marker levels in detail. And we'll aim to complete the tests and deliver our feedback within just a few days of your blood test appointment.
